BTW, this is a salon we would highly recommend to go with your moms! They are really good for their herbal hair colour that covers white hair really well!

Hair Salons with NO SURCHARGES!
These salons may not have promotions but they are keeping their price constant to reward their loyal customers!
1. Zinc Korean Hair Salon @ Centrepoint
We LOVE Zinc for their oh-so-pretty Korean perms! They may not have surcharges but we hear that slots are filling up fast!

If you are looking for reliable and affordable perms, you definitely cannot miss Act Point Salon… but as usual, slots are filling up really quickly. Please call before you go down!

3. CLEO Hair & Make @ Clarke Quay The Central
CLEO is hands-down Singapore’s best hair salon for vibrant quirky hair salon. Definitely a bonus to find that they don’t have surcharges!

Kenaris is the salon to go for if you love Redken Chromatic Hair Colour and quality stylish haircuts by experienced and renowned hairstylists!

There’s no promotion for Vast Hair Salon during this period but you can still get your beautiful hair colour done by Xavier / Jason / Ricky at no additional surcharges!

Izumi has now moved to The Central SoHo 1… she’s still as experienced and conscientious as ever so we’re happy to note that she’s also not charging anything extra this CNY!

- Only one surcharge will be charged for the entire bill
